What is your work & design process?
I take pictures of everything that blooms, grows, scenes of nature, then an idea is formed from these photos. I rarely draw on paper. I make sketches, palettes and the main part of the design on a tablet, and then finish it on the computer.
Where do you find your design inspiration?
I am inspired by nature, art, cultural ornaments. Everything around me can become an idea for a pattern. Often ideas come from unexpected details or color combinations. Sometimes trends like Trend Flash are very inspiring - I really want to create something in my own style to visualize the idea of the trend.
What advice would you give to new designers?
My advice is to draw what you love, experiment and try to find your own unique style to express your ideas..
